Chapter 4-

Chapter 5-
How to help kids learn through their different ways, is what this is about. It gives a lot of ideas that you could easily incorperate into the classroom.

March 30
I helped the students with their letters. I gave the three students a little test to see where they are each individually at, so I can pinpoint what each student needs to learn. WE will start working on the individual skills they struggle with next week. :)

March 22
I am writing today because tomorrow I will be helping at the food walk. For me, this week was focused on helping the two students and a new one came, so now I have three I'm working with. I am just really trying to help them with their letters. I'm trying to help them understnd their sound by using different learning methods. **Great moment- when one of the students finally understood the diffence between b and d :)

Chapter 3
This chapter tells how to asses the child's learning. It says the teacher should make their own assesment, a parent, and people who are frequently with the child like an aide to see how they learn and what level learning they're on.

Book Report
Chapter 2- This chapter stresses that all children have different ways of learning and to observe them to see what they are. Also says you might not be able to figure some students learning style out, but you shouldn't worry because they are very young that it could be hard to tell.
March 14
I helped the two students again this week. I also painted the students hands. They are making the Thing charactor from Dr. Suess.
March 9
This week I was helping two students for the majority of the time. I am quizzing them on the letters of the alphabet because they are still struggling. I have seen progress in one already.
